In my life acting had the leading part for a very long time. I started when I was 12 years old as the boy-child Mozart. I worked fort he ‚Kinder- und Jugendtheater (Child and Youth Theatre) Frankfurt’ for nearly one decade, had lessons in acting, speaking and dancing by Margarete Backhaus. She prepared me for my certificate-examinations and I am really much obliged about the support she gave me! After graduation of acting school I played two years on the very famous ‚Volkstheater’ in Frankfurt. Then I had an offer for a tour around Germany, Austria and Switzerland – what I did for five years. I wasn’t just acting but directing some plays as well. Besides my work as a theatre actor I played some parts for TV and radio shows.

In 1995 – after nearly 15 years as an actor – I recovered my singing-voice. I started performing weekly in a bar, covering songs from the 80ies til today. Soon promoters asked me to sing on galas, festivals and other shows.
1998 the producers zz.bros (tone-loc) asked me to do the leading vocals for the Beatles-cover ‚Hey Jude’, which was a cooperation with Tina Harris (‘Sweetbox: “Everything’s Gonna Be Alright”’). After that we recorded own songs for me – like ‘Maerchenprinz’, ‘ich seh dich’ and others. With ‘Maerchenprinz’ (Fairytale Prince) I won several competitions and even got an award: the golden tuning fork of the city Bad Vilbel. A performance on the famous ‘Museumsuferfest’ in Frankfurt received a special attention by Jutta W. Thomasius (Frankfurter Neue Presse). She wrote:
Seine Stimme ist voluminös, bunt wie ein Regenbogen und wie eine Saite, die um so stärker schwingt, je intensiver sie sich mit dem Thema Liebe befasst. His voice is voluminous, colourful as a rainbow and just like a chord. The more he is singing about love, the more it resonates.
May 1998 the Frankfurter Rundschau wrote an aritcle with the headline ‚The Fairytale Prince’ after i won the golden tuning fork:
Der hübsche, blonde Frankfurter hat die Herzen der Bad Vilbeler erobert. Mit seinem selbstgetexteten Lied 'Märchenprinz' begeisterte der junge Mann in der Nacht zum 1. Mai das 1500köpfige Publikum in der Alten Mühle. Beim Gesangswettbewerb zum siebenjährigen Bestehen des städtischen Kulturzentrums gaben ihm 53 Prozent der Anwesenden den ersten Preis. The cute blonde guy from Frankfurt conquered the hearts of Bad Vilbel’s audience. With his song ‘Maerchenprinz (Fairytale Prince’) that he wrote himself, the young man elated the whole crowd of 1500 people in the Alte Muehle. 53% voted for him at the songcompetition and gave him the first place.
After many years as a solo singer I started working with some fabulous colleagues, starting with Edina Pop of Dschinghis Khan in 2004. We did plenty of shows on galas, festivals and even on TV shows and planned to create a Dschinghis Khan Revival band. But then inquiries from Russia came to put together all the original mebmers of Dschinghis Khan. They succeed and so our plans have been discarded. Nevertheless Edina and I created a cover band together with Michaela Rose of Arabesque and a friend of mine: Alessandro Uddin. We had some very cool gigs for about two years – then suddenly the Russians asked for a re-founded Arabesque group. And for sure we fulfilled the Russian audience’s desire and so we laid ‘The Stolen Diamonds’ ad acta.
But I must not have been sad – because now I had the option to work as a solo singer again. My first project after all these party-song-shows is the programme ‘Angel Of Mine’ in which I perform the most beautiful ballads of the last 30 years.
And on the occasion of the 50th birthday of my beloved idol MADONNA, I work on a completely new arranged Madonna show!
